Ever heard of the Y pose? :)

I went to Booksale today to check out their latest thrift books. I came across this one:

I was this close to buying it (and I don't know why!), but thank goodness I changed my mind and scanned through the book instead. It was a dense book but an entertaining read. Page 145 said:

 

It was something that wasn't to be done because it supposedly made you look 'dumb'.

I had to laugh at that. I have tons of pictures with the WHY POSE.

I call it the "Mabuhay" pose though. Or the "Welcome (to the Philippines)!" pose.

My aunts call it the "It won't let you down" pose, referring to Rexona.

Whatever. I don't think it's dumb. Not unless you're somewhere inappropriate though.

But I do think it's funny. haha!
